Free agency for 2017 is officially underway, but don't expect the Dallas Cowboys to be very active in the first couple days. They are going to wait and let the market kind of settle down before attempting to fill some of their needs to their roster. That is why I thought it would be a really good time to do a 7-round post-combine mock draft for the Cowboys, especially with the combine still fresh on our minds.
We still don't quite know what positions the Dallas Cowboys will address in free agency, but we know their positions of need. It's those positions that I will be focusing on in this mock draft, but unfortunately it is nearly impossible to draft starters with every pick, although they came close in 2016.
