Hi there. My name is RJ Ochoa and I’m obsessed with numbers. As a result, I’m usually obsessed with the jersey numbers that players wear in the NFL and with the Dallas Cowboys. We already told you here at Inside The Star about Stephen Paea’s new number and what Nolan Carroll has decided to wear… now we’re here to tell you what 4th Round WR Ryan Switzer is going to don in the blue and silver.
A lot of you all said 10, but my fiancé loves 15, so that’s what I’m rocking with! Can’t wait to wear the 1-5 for the Boys!
I am ridiculously excited about Ryan Switzer being a Dallas Cowboy, and now I’m ridiculously excited about him wearing #15. Why exactly? Because Ryan seems to care about this whole deal as much as I do. I present Exhibits A and B for the jury:
Cowboys fans – #10, #15, or #18 for my jersey number ??
Let’s talk about how cool Ryan Switzer is for a second. This is an incredibly smart thing to do, and I’m stunned that more athletes don’t do it. Ryan did what fans scream and beg for… he involved them. Now any time anybody sees Switzer destroying folks while wearing #15, people will remember how it all went down.
Switzerland is poised to be the next great Dallas Cowboys return man, wide receiver, and all-around cool guy. There’s very little doubt across the confines of Cowboys Nation that Ryan Switzer is indeed going to bring glory a number in 15 that has sorely been lacking in some.
9 catches, 132 yards, and 1 touchdown. That’s the #Cowboys career stat line of the last WR to wear #15 for Dallas. Make it great, @Switz03.
It won’t take much at all for Ryan Switzer to absolutely destroy the “legacy” that Devin Street left behind for the number 15. My guess is it’ll be about midway into the third quarter of his second game with the royal blue 15 stitched on his front, back, and shoulders. Here’s to Ryan Switzer being awesome, in every way, and here’s to him dominating opposing defenses no matter what number he’s wearing. Way to be awesome, Ryan Switzer.
It seems as if Ryan Switzer has indeed had a change of heart and decided to stick with #10 after all. Let’s go #10!
