Your Dallas Cowboys Quarterback  Dak Prescott

Cowboys Headlines - Cowboys Rookie Report: Prescott Wins, Elliott WiltsExpert Consensus Ranking: 18
My Ranking: 16

The Chicago Bears did an okay job containing the Philadelphia Eagles. Yes, they gave up 29 points, but they held quarterback Carson Wentz under 200 yards passing and sacked him twice.

The Dallas Cowboys are a more complete offensive team in my opinion. They run it better than Philadelphia and they throw it better than Philadelphia.

The Chicago Bears are going to be without several starters. Defensive lineman Lamar Houston tore his ACL in week two and will be out for the season. Linebacker Danny Trevathan sprained his right thumb and while he will require surgery, he’s not expected to miss the rest of the season.

The Bears held Brock Osweiler and Carson Wentz to a passer rating under 90 in weeks one and two, respectively.

I recommended Dak Prescott last week and I’ll do it again this week. He is a low-end QB 1 in 12 team leagues.

Flawless Forecast: 250 yards passing, two touchdowns, 40 yards rushing

One to Start – Marcus Mariota (Titans vs Raiders)

Expert Consensus Ranking: 15
My Ranking: 14

Marcus Mariota is having an efficient start to his sophomore season in the NFL.

In two games he’s thrown four touchdowns and has a passer rating of 93.8. Mariota’s averaging just over 250 yards passing per game and is completing 67% of his passes. On the ground, Mariota has run the ball six times for 30 yards.

In the first two weeks of the season the Oakland Raiders allowed 419 yards passing to Drew Brees and 389 yards passing to Matt Ryan. So their pass defense leaves a lot to be desired.

The Tennessee Titans offense has only scored 16 points in each game this season, but I expect a breakout in week three against the Oakland Raiders.

Flawless Forecast: 315 yards and three touchdowns, 20 yards rushing.

One to Sit – Russell Wilson (Seahawks vs 49ers)

Fantasy Football - Fantasy Football Quarterback Rankings - Week 3 1Expert Consensus Ranking: 12
My Ranking: 18

I’m not sure what is going on with Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks, but until they figure out what they want to do on offense, I’m sitting Wilson. In two weeks, the Seattle Seahawks have only scored 15 points. That is not very good.

Russell Wilson is still recovering from an injured ankle and the Seattle offensive line is proving to not be very good.

The San Francisco 49ers have shown they can be really good on defense with a shutout of the Los Angeles Rams in week one. They then gave up 46 points to the Carolina Panthers’ offensive juggernaut in week two.

I don’t think Seattle has a 46 point explosion in them in week three.

Flawless Forecast: 200 yards passing, one touchdown, one interception.
