O CAPTAIN MY CAPTAIN!
Such is the phrase from one of the greatest movies of all time in Dead Poets Society, and today it is particularly relevant because the Dallas Cowboys just named their 2016 Team Captains.

It’s a bit shocking that Dez Bryant has still not been named a captain for this team considering that he is the heart and soul of it, but nevertheless we should celebrate the list. Here are a few notable details:
- This is Travis Frederick’s first year being a Team Captain.
- Tony Romo is not on this list. You have to wonder if when he returns he’ll be added (teams can have up to six captains), someone else’s “C” will be given to him, or nothing at all will take place.
- 82 + 50 + 5 + 42 + 72 = 251: The Cowboys are headed to Super Bowl LI.
