Ok, I am kind of cheating on this one.
These two will not go head-to-head the way that the others will, but hear me out.
The captain of the offense, Tony Romo, will be looking to shred the Cowboys defense in practice, and make all of his guys look good while doing so.
On the other side the captain of the defense, Sean Lee, will be looking to have his guys in the right places to stop the offense and make all of his guys look good while doing so.
Yeah, it is just practice, but this chess match would be so fun to watch in a game, and we will get a small taste of that during training camp.
