Unlike the previous two Moncrief’s stock has shot up after the combine. He has probably always been a 2nd or 3rd round prospect but now it might be tough for him to fall to our 2nd. If he does he is a rare combo of size and speed. Was a productive WR in the SEC, not as strong as I like in short area quickness but he definitely has the speed and athleticism to be very good number 2 receiver in the league. I believe he will be a developmental type player who Dallas can slowly bring in like they did with Escobar. Ok, maybe not that slow but you know what I mean.
