Some may wish for the to focus on draft position but clearly the team isn't thinking that way. The Cowboys are fighting for their season and have built a 16-7 halftime lead over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11.

Andy Dalton has thrown two touchdowns and Greg Zuerlein contributed a field goal at the end of the half to give Dallas its points. The Cowboys posted the first score with a touchdown pass to but the extra point was blocked.

Minnesota answered with a rushing touchdown by Dalvin Cook but has otherwise been held off the scoreboard. They've lost two fumbles, both forced by Donovan Wilson, and Dallas has responded with scores on both turnovers.

The second one was especially big. The Cowboys squandered a late scoring opportunity by failing to convert on 3rd-and-1 and again on 4th down. Minnesota then moved quickly with a 26-yard pass play to Cook, but quickly lost it when Wilson popped Cook hard on a following play to force the ball loose.

Dallas got a solid return off the fumble from and set up Greg Zuerlein for the field goal.

The Cowboys retook the lead in the 2nd Quarter on a touchdown catch that you'll be seeing highlights of for a while. Lamb contorted his body in the endzone and snagged an overthrown ball for the score.

With his 47th catch of the season, Lamb broke “Bullet” Bob Hayes' record for Cowboys rookie receivers.

Dallas has great momentum going into halftime. With the Eagles losing today, the is getting more winnable by the week. Can they hold on to this lead and improve their playoff chances?
