When the Cowboys host the Vikings tonight at AT&T Stadium for their dress rehearsal game of the pre-season, we should finally get a feel for what the 2015 Cowboys will look like. Sean Lee should see the field for the first time in over a year, and with the loss of Orlando Scandrick, the play of Morris Claiborne, Byron Jones, Tyler Patmon and Corey White could be the most watched of any player on the field.

With Dallas returning 4 starting offensive linemen, it will be interesting to see if Joe Randle, Darren McFadden and Lance Dunbar can continue the running game success the Cowboys had last year.

Unfortunately, numerous Vikings websites have reported that Adrian Peterson won’t play, which is too bad. He could have been the perfect test for the Dallas run defense which has been subpar to say the least.

Cowboys Injury Updates For Tonight’s Game:

Jerry Jones stated yesterday on 105.3 The Fan, that he didn’t expect Zack Martin, Dez Bryant or Anthony Hitchens to see any time on the field.

It is also unlikely that backups Brandon Weeden, James Hanna and Devin Street will see any action.

Win or lose tonight’s game should give coach Jason Garrett and his staff a good understanding of where the team is at. What they need to work on in the upcoming days of camp. In the end, the score still doesn’t matter but health does. Stay healthy Cowboys.
