Each week with the positional rankings, I’m going to offer Dallas Cowboys centered Fantasy Football information. I’ll offer you a breakdown of the matchup for your and my quarterback. Make sure you go to InsideTheStar.com to get the breakdowns on all the important match ups for the coming week.

Your Dallas Cowboys Quarterback  Dak Prescott

Cowboys Headlines - Tweet Break: Next Man Up, Rookie Praise, and Beasley Back in TimeDak Prescott‘s NFL career is off to a great start. He has far exceeded expectations since week one of the preseason and through his first three games of the regular season.

Prescott’s completing 66% of his passes while averaging over 250 yards per game passing. The team is 2-1 and he hasn’t turned the ball over at all as a Dallas Cowboys quarterback.

In week four, Dak Prescott gets the pleasure of taking on a San Francisco 49ers team that has allowed 37+ points each of the last two weeks to dual-threat quarterbacks, Cam Newton and Russell Wilson. Each of those quarterbacks threw for over 290 yards and, while Russell Wilson didn’t turn the ball over, Cam Newton did. Twice.

The 49ers are allowing right around 255 yards passing a game through three weeks, two passing touchdowns per game (three per game over the last two weeks), and allowed 38 rushing yards to Cam Newton. Russell Wilson didn’t have a good rushing day, but he was also limited by an injured ankle.

Now, I’m not saying Dak Prescott is on the level of Newton and Wilson, but he plays a similar game.

He’s strong, mobile, and can hurt a team with both his arm and his legs. He has shown he can take advantage of a poor defense and is beginning to make teams pay for stacking the box against the running game.

In week four, I would have zero hesitation to start Dak Prescott. He is going to continue his strong start to the season and will have his first multi-touchdown passing game.

Flawless Forecast: 275 yards passing, three total touchdowns.
