Ronald Leary Trades In His Pads For A Suit

Sometimes being a passionate sports fan isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. We often times get ourselves worked into a frenzy over the slightest little thing, and this may especially be true for fans that try to soak up anything and everything related to the Dallas Cowboys. How many times have we heard people get extremely upset because Tony Romo was spotted playing golf? The fact that people get so upset because someone is spending their time off playing a relaxing game of golf is kind of ridiculous, if you think about it. But that’s the criticism that sometimes comes with being a professional athlete.

The fact that people get so upset because someone is spending their time off playing a relaxing game of golf is kind of ridiculous, if you think about it. But that’s the criticism that sometimes comes with being a professional athlete.

We as fans want instant gratification. We want to know that the players on our favorite team are doing everything in their power to be ready once they hit the field. Unfortunately, this time of year is slow around the NFL. OTAs and mini-camp practices are completed, and we are still about a month away from players taking to the field for training camp.

Any news related to players during this time period is usually of the negative nature, but that isn’t the case with the Cowboys’ former starting left guard Ronald Leary. You see, Leary decided to trade in his football pads and suited up for an entirely different reason other than football.

Ronald Leary recently said arguably the two most important words of his entire life… I do.

Q Clothier recently tweeted out a congratulatory message to Ronald Leary on his recent nuptial. In the tweet, you can see Leary dressed to the nines in one of Q Clothier’s suits and looking pretty good, if I do say so myself.

According to Q Clothier’s twitter page, they are a clothier in Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and Oklahoma City. They specialize in custom suits, sports coats, shirts & trousers. Personally, I think they did an outstanding job of making sure that Leary looked good on his special day and, coincidence or not, that’s a sharp looking Dallas Cowboys blue sports coat he’s wearing.

This should provide evidence for all of us passionate sports enthusiasts that professional athletes all have a personal life outside of the game. It’s an aspect that we as fans tend to forget, and it often leads to unfair criticism.

Ronald Leary’s relationship with the Dallas Cowboys may be on rocky ground right now due to his role with the team, but he’s embarking on what will hopefully be a lifelong relationship with his significant other, who he can now proudly call his wife.

We should all be so lucky…

I know I can speak for all of us here at Inside The Star in wishing Ronald Leary and his new bride a lifetime full of happiness.
