The rivalry between Josh Norman and Dez Bryant has been brewing since Thanksgiving of 2015, and after yesterday, there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight.
Norman was featured in a Samsung commercial in which he took shots at Bryant, claiming that Dez is “choking on his dust.”

As news of the commercial swirled through the Twitter world, Bryant felt the need to send out a note, claiming that his response to Norman in a separate Samsung commercial will air on September 15th.

Clearly, this all seems to be in good fun, but both players seemed legitimately angry with one another during their second meeting last season. After the Cowboys defeated the Redskins, and Bryant got the best of the entire Washington secondary for much of the game, Norman and Dez engaged in some heated discussion.
After getting in one another’s face, Bryant told the media that the Redskins needed to “get their money back” from Norman’s deal. Of course, Norman made similar remarks outside the Cowboys locker room while with the Panthers in 2015 after Carolina demolished Dallas.
The Cowboys and Redskins meet for the first time of 2017 on October 29th in Washington. As of now, Ezekiel Elliott will miss the game, but both Dez and Norman will be available.
It should be a lot of fun to watch.
