The Cowboys could look to move back in the first round to find a selection that fits their board while not getting a lesser player at a need position. Miles Austin should have already packed his bag by now, he makes too much against the cap for his production. Austin committed highway robbery last season with little to no production in return.

Does this team feel confident with the rest of that group behind Dez Bryant and Terrance Williams? Well that remains to be seen. Dwayne Harris has made a serious contribution with the specials teams unit but he has limited production as a receiver. It could be time for him to step up and Cole Beasley has a limited role. Although he always makes the catch when called upon.

Brandin Cooks is my favorite wide receiver early on. He would step right in at the slot role and make this offense even more dynamic. Add Bryant and Williams to the mix and Romo will have plenty of weapons. Cooks has the speed to be the big play guy down the field and the hands to be the possession receiver.

Whether or not one of these players are selected early on for Dallas, its good to keep an open mind come draft day so there aren’t any surprises for America’s Team.
