The Cowboy's will have their hands full this Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.

The Cowboys are coming off a beat down from the Buffalo Bills last week on the road, and this might be the last chance they have to prove to me they can beat a good team away from AT&T Stadium.

The defense allowed James Cook to have over 250 all-purpose yards, 150 of those came on the ground.

The defense from the opening drive got punched in the mouth.

Yes, the offense did not provide anything, but when you pride yourselves on defense, you can't let these teams bully you like this.

Miami Offense

The Dolphins offense is better than the Bills. If Tryeek Hill plays, the Cowboys will have their hands full.

The Cowboys on the road are just not very good, and they need to prove they can step up and beat a good team away from home.

It starts with the defense. You can't continue to be pushed around like you did last week.

Run Defense

Even with Hill out there running around, the Cowboy's run defense needs to be better.

The Dolphins have Raheem Mostert and De'Von Achane who can light you up in a hurry.

The Cowboys let James Cook rush for over 150 yards last week, and Miami has two guys they can keep fresh and rotate in.

If they have success running, it will open up the play-action pass for Tua and Hill.

The Cowboys very well could have their hands full on Sunday.

One common theme has hung around in all the Cowboys losses this season.

Arizona ran all over them, the 49ers ran all over them, the Eagles ran all over them, and so did the Bills.

It's not that the Cowboys don't have the talent up front to defend the run, because they do.

I understand the strength is to rush the passer, so when teams take that way and try to make them stop the run it hurts, but this has to change like now.

Dallas only has 35 tackles for loss against the run, 23rd in the league.

You are going to see either the Eagles or the 49ers again in the playoffs.

They both run the heck out of the ball. This is going to get you beat.

Johnathan Hankins being out until the playoffs hurt, but they have too much talent to be this bad at stopping the run.

Trust your back end guys and load the box, I don't know.

Miami is going to be another test for this defense both on the ground and through the air.

The Cowboys can prove a lot to me and others if they can find a way to beat a good team on the road.

Dan Quinn, I believe in you. The time is running thin, though.

Dallas will finish the season at home against the Lions and on the road against Washington.

It sure looks like Dallas is going to have to win three road games if they want a shot at the Super Bowl.

Only a handful of Wild Card teams have ever won it all.
