It feels like the entire NFL world, and subsequently the betting markets, are focused on one team: the Los Angeles Rams. It is hard to argue with the hype, considering the super team they’ve assembled, but there are some Dallas Cowboys bets that are flying under the radar right now.

An active offseason from most teams has overshadowed what Dallas was able to do in free agency and the draft (and they might not be done quite yet).

From the selection of Caleb Downs in April to the 3-year, $36M signing of safety Jalen Thompson, this team is legitimately improved from where they finished last season. The offense, which was dominant throughout the year, is completely intact heading into 2026.

This is why I think the Cowboys present good value in the betting world right now; these odds could change very quickly if America’s Team starts hot in the regular season.

1. Cowboys to Win the NFC East (+195)

Trailing the Eagles (+125), ahead of the Commanders (+500) & Giants (+550)

I really feel like the Cowboys should be the favorites to win the NFC East this year.

They’ve been on a bit of a hiatus from winning the division crown, but I really don’t see Washington or New York posing any threat at this point, and Philadelphia has taken a firm step back on its roster.

Dallas has done more to improve their team than the Eagles have these past few months, and ultimately, they have the better quarterback in Dak Prescott. That’s a winning formula.

Give the regular season a few weeks to get underway, and I think the Cowboys are far from a near-+200 play to win the East.

2. Cowboys to Win Over 10.5 Games (+175)

Over 7.5 W = -280, Over 8.5 = -160, Over 9.5 = +105

This one plays into what I just discussed: I think the Cowboys will win between 10 and 12 games this coming season, so getting them over 10.5 at +175 is solid value.

Dallas falls in the bottom half of the league in terms of strength of schedule, which, of course, plays to their advantage. I also see four wins alone coming from the Washington and New York matchups, so that inflates their floor quickly.

If they can come out with a few wins between their matches against Seattle, LA, Houston, Green Bay, and Baltimore, and split with Philly, I think they clear this hurdle.

3. Dak Prescott to Throw for 35+ Passing TD’s (+340)

Prescott to Throw 25+ = -185 & to Throw 30+ = +135

I think this line is flat-out crazy. Prescott showed last season that he has a lot left in the tank, and the offense, as I said, is the exact same as last year; if anything, there is more familiarity, chemistry, and skill progression from guys like Ryan Flournoy and the young offensive line.

He’s cleared this twice before, in 2021 and 2023, and got back to the 30 mark this past season, even with the team being fairly uncompetitive down the stretch.

If you give him another 17 games this year and a better shot at playoff contention, he should absolutely hit 35+ late in the season. This line treats that as an unlikely scenario, which I simply could not disagree with more.
