It’s February, meaning the NFL draft season is heating up. In just a few days time (February 24-March 1) the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine kicks off and then after that it’s just Pro Days and private workouts leading up to the NFL Draft in April. Before you know it, the Dallas Cowboys and the rest of the league will have made their draft selections. My how quickly time passes.

Before we get too far ahead of ourselves though, I thought it was as good a time as any to share with you my top-10 Positional Rankings for each group. As I continued to watch film and evaluate these prospects, expect these rankings to shift and evolve leading up to Draft Day.

Today, let’s take a look at the tight end position.

Very interesting you have Troutman so high. Really hope he’s there in round 3 to force Dallas into a tough choice. . . .The 4 big needs are S, DT, Edge & CB but TE is right there.

Hate to say it but hope you are wrong. . . still, Dallas should land a TE prospect this year, your #7 the Mizzu kid is intriguing as a later round guy.

I definitely think the Dallas Cowboys need to find a more complete TE with Jason Witten likely not returning. Adam Trautman is a guy I hope they can somehow come away with the draft, but I don’t know how big of a priority that is. I wouldn’t be surprised if they just stuck with Blake Jarwin this year as their TE1.
