My FFL

Don't you just love it when your team loses in the semi-finals and then scores enough points the next week to have beaten the team that wins your league championship?

Yeah, it happened to me again this year.

After getting steamrolled last week by 70 points by an 8-8-1 team, my Scribe's Penman would have won the title game by seven points this week.

We'll pause a minute while I go bite a Redwood tree in half. As I've said before: Sometimes you get the bear, sometimes the bear gets you.

Yes, its a virtual trophy but the 2008 title was real enough.

For those of you celebrating league championships today: Well done!

For those of you with Week 18 championship games? Y'all crazy.

Well done to you too!

For the rest of us we're relegated to thinking about what might have been. For those of us in keeper and dynasty formats we're looking at who gets cut for 2024.
