It finally happened, the Cowboys managed to grab a star offensive lineman. Jason Peters will be signing with the Dallas Cowboys less than one week from the start of the regular season. After fans noticed how the Cowboys’ O-line has been struggling, the action to gain another lineman was taken on this matter.

This is a massive step up for the Cowboys team. After so many complaints by fans, the answer is finally here. Jason was formally on the Philadelphia Eagles from 2009 to 2020, and last year was on the Chicago Bears. Jason also was born and grew up in Texas around Bowie County. This is a great pick by the Dallas Cowboys team to recruit Jason to their team. With this all said, will we be seeing Jason play this upcoming week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers? For now, Jason is not expected to start right away. After Tyron Smith’s injury, Jerry Jones and staff said that Rookie Tyler Smith will be taking his spot for the first week.
