had a long road to recovery after a compound fracture and dislocation of his right ankle last October. After six games in 2021, it's safe to say that he's back and better than ever. Prescott has registered 1,813 yards and thrown 16 touchdowns this season while completing 73% of his passes.

One area that elite quarterbacks perform well at is making plays while facing immense pressure. So far this season, according to Pro Football Focus, Prescott has been arguably the best in the NFL against the blitz ranking second in yards and completions and first in touchdown passes.

Those are remarkable numbers especially when being compared to his season totals. Prescott has amassed 32% of his completions, 36% of his yards and 75% of his touchdown passes against the blitz. Pressure burst pipes they say, but obviously, it doesn't phrase Prescott.

The former Offensive Rookie of the Year has been spreading the wealth by connecting with nine different receivers this season. Three have at least 30 receptions (, , Dalton Schultz) and six have at least 15 receptions.

Prescott's aforementioned completion percentage is the best of his career as well as his 115 passer rating. He's thrown at least three touchdowns in five of six games and has led two game-winning drives in the process.

Whether the pocket is clean or if there's chaos, Prescott is carving up the NFL and leaving no doubt that he's one of the top quarterbacks in the league.
