has not been heard from since before the playoff loss to Green Bay, but he made one thing very clear on his podcast Wednesday.

Parsons has been in the league for three years and continues to get better, but he can't do it all.

Parsons has produced 13-plus sacks in each of his first three seasons, All-Pro honors twice and won the 2021 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year award, but now you can see how tired of losing he is.

On Tuesday, told Cowboys Nation of the plans to go “all-in” for 2024.

I am not buying it, yet maybe Parsons can help make it happen.

The Edge

“Sitting here and they talking about, ‘We're going all-in this year.' Man, that's what I would hope for,” Parsons said on his podcast, The Edge.

“I'm 24 years old. I've been in this league three years and I've kind of seen it all. I hope that we go all-in. I hope that we go out and get the players that we're missing because we didn't do that this year. I hope that we challenge ourselves, become better, and become greater.”

Parsons finished the 2023 regular season with 14 sacks, 64 combined tackles, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.

Yet only had two combined tackles in the biggest game of the year against the Packers in the playoffs.

Jones has not been the type of guy to do this stuff. He likes to trust the draft and do it that way.

Maybe Jerry hearing this from his best player will make him do what he says for once.

Parsons is tired of winning 12 games and getting bounced in the playoffs.

His side of the ball will have a new look in 2024, though.

What is next in 2024

Dan Quinn was hired as the Washington Commandos on Thursday afternoon.

Dallas will probably look at internal guys such as Bobby Whitt and Al Harris. If they don't want the job go look at someone like Mike Vrabel.

The next few months are going to tell us a lot about if Jerry Jones finally means what he says.

Derrick Henry is going to be available, Josh Allen the edge rusher from the Jags, and Jaylon Johnson a corner from the Bears. The players are sitting there.

You can make the cap issue work if they extend to lower his hit and release someone like .

I expect Dallas to use the 24th overall pick on the . The next two rounds should be , , or vice versa, and a in there somewhere.

I am tired of coming up short every year, but the window is not going to stay open for much longer.

Do the right thing, Jerry, make all of us fans eat our words and listen to your best player Parsons.

Make the moves and go “all-in” in 2024 and give us what we've all been waiting for, but who are we kidding, this is Jerry Jones.
