Rob Gronkowski says Cowboys are the best bet to win Super Bowl 58

Good morning Cowboys Nation, and happy Wednesday.

As we inch closer to the 2023 season, everyone’s Super Bowl 58 predictions are rolling in.

One former player who won a couple of Super Bowls himself thinks the Dallas Cowboys will host the Vince Lombardi Trophy in February.

New England Patriots legend Rob Gronkowski is the man who is putting his stock in the Cowboys this season, and why not?

Let’s not act like this team isn’t among the most talented football teams in the game.

They will make the playoffs again, and then the fun starts.

Gronk appeared on Fanduel’s “Up & Adams,” a Key Adams-hosted show.

For the price of +1300, the Cowboys have the 6th highest odds of winning the Super Bowl title this season.

Gronk understands that.

“I’m going to go with the Dallas Cowboys,” Gronkowski told eponymous host Kay Adams, who asked which team would earn the tight end’s money in a Super Bowl bet.

“You don’t always want to be the favorites because then you don’t win too much. So I feel like the Dallas Cowboys, they have pretty good odds to win some money if they win it all.”

“They added Brandin Cooks and also Stephon Gilmore, they’ve been making the playoffs every year,” He said. “I feel like this is the year they just get over that edge.”

CBS game announcer Jim Nantz is on the same train as Gronk. He has predicted a Cowboys-Bills Super Bowl matchup.

A rematch of the 1990s.

Same Ol Talk

Let’s hear it from our fans. This year hasn’t won anything in 25-plus years, blah blah. I understand that.

I am also a Cubs and Nuggets fan. I witnessed the Cubs win the World Series in 2016 for the first time in over ONE HUNDRED YEARS.

My Nuggets won their first NBA title in franchise history this past season. Dating back over 40 years.

You will never see me give up on the Dallas Cowboys. Not after what I have seen my other favorite teams do, the Championship droughts ended. It will happen at some point.

I have never seen a fan base want a talented team to lose just because they hate the player behind center.

This team hasn’t won anything since the 90s, yet they act like nobody else has played quarterback other than Dak Prescott since then; it’s comical.

All it takes is one good run in the postseason; we’ve seen teams built like the Cowboys win the Super Bowl.

The Cowboys will be on everyone’s mind the morning following every regular season game they play.

They will get talked about whether they win or lose. It never fails.

End of the day, others that have played the game and been around it long enough know how much talent the Cowboys have.

They will be competing in the playoffs just like the last two seasons.

Once we get there, we can see how things go, but you must give yourselves a chance first.

They’ve done that in the last few years, and they will do it again in 2023.

Plus 1300 doesn’t sound so bad, does it, Gronk?

One more preseason game, and then we can focus on week one against the Giants on Sunday Night Football.
