Dak leads the NFL in touchdown passes (26), is third in completion percentage (70.1), fifth in passing yards (3,234), fifth in yards per game (269.5), second in QBR (75.4), and is second in passer rating (108.3).
Like him or not, he gives this team a chance every week he steps on the field.
They did not punt one time last Thursday.
I am not sure what changed after the season's first five games, but man, I am enjoying what I am seeing from them.

After the win against Seattle, I bought in a game they usually lose, but that could change if they don't show up in December.

It will be great when the Cowboys put 35 on their defense this week, walk out with a win, and leave him wondering if he made the right choice.
If the Cowboys win this football game, the pressure shifts to the Eagles to not lose another game.
Yes, Dallas has a much harder schedule after this game, but if they win, they will be tied at 10-3 with a split against each other.
The Eagles go to Seattle after this week, and if the Seahawks can play the way they did last week, they very well could beat Philly.
Dallas has a chance to control their path to the playoffs, and if Prescott can continue playing the way he has, they will have an opportunity in every game.
The defense is fixable, but they did just that when they had to lock down last week. They need it to be constant, though.
Cowboys can clinch a playoff birth this week with a win, Vikings loss or tie + Packers loss or tie + Seahawks loss + Buccaneers tie + Lions win or tie.
Based on everything else that needs to happen, it probably won't happen this week, but Dallas will do their part.
