#Cowboys defensive end Robert Quinn suffered a fractured hand in practice today, and will need surgery. Stephen Jones told reporters after practice that he expects Quinn will still be ready for the season opener vs. NYG.
The former all-pro was acquired via trade from the Miami Dolphins in March and is set to start opposite All-Pro Defensive End DeMarcus Lawrence. He will head back to Dallas for surgery immediately.
