Our secondary hasn’t been the problem, it’s been the scheme!! That’s already been proven weeks ago!! Our corners are really good, they just need to play more man coverage, that’s the only problem they had!! And the time they play more man coverage, which was against Washington, they started getting sacks and turnovers!! Bland even got a pick 6 in that game!! So it’s not the talent we have in the secondary that’s struggling, it was the scheme that was struggling!! But I think Eberflus has learned that our corners need to play more man coverage after what they did against Washington!! But it would be nice to see what Revel can do!!
We pretty much know what DO and CB can do, although the injury to DO may have an effect. Revel is the one I want to see what he brings to the table. In any case, good to see the cavalry coming.
Overshown is on pace for Thanksgiving as predicted . Ravel is vaporware . He is coming off recovery of both knees and was an absurd 3rd round choice . He should be IR’ed till next year rather than try to bring a major injured guy from small college with no camp into games is just wrong . Jerry is pushing this to show how smart picking Ravel was.
