With a Monday night game this week, we had to wait a few extra days to see the final injury report for this week.

The good news for the Cowboys is that they get two starters back on defense, but the issue is the Eagles are also getting a threat back on offense, even with half of their starters not playing this year.

Let’s dive into the injury report for both teams, and see how it goes.

🔑 #Cowboys final injury report vs. Eagles:

🚨 Cobie Durant and DeMarvion Overshown are back.

📝 Marist Liufau, PJ Locke are still on IR at the moment but both listed as questionable after FULL practice participation — so they have a chance for Philly.

Can’t Lose This Game

I do not care that it is on the road, or that they get Barkley back, the Dallas Cowboys cannot lose this game to another backup QB, but if they do we should expect no changes, even though we should see it.

I am so tired of Schotty every single week saying they are pissed off, and they will fix it blah blah blah, how about you SHOW us? Even on the road, this football game should not even be close, and we all know it. Yet, this is the Dallas Cowboys we are talking about here. They can never make things easy.

I said this the other day, you have to have a balanced attack on offense, or you are not going to win football games.

Over the last 4 seasons, when a QB throws the ball 50 or more times, the teams are 4-44, you just can’t do it.

Dak Prescott is averaging a career-high 41 pass attempts per game and opponents are taking advantage with heavy blitzing that is too often succeeding, so, of course, the offense is struggling because history shows us that you can’t throw the ball that much and win.

The game plan should be pretty easy for this game, with no Smith to throw the ball to and a backup QB, you make anyone but Barkley beat you.

You load the box, and, of course, they get Overshown back but lose Dee Winters, but they get Cobie Durant back, so they are slowly starting to get back to the defense that we should have seen on the field to start the year.

George Pickens was on the fence about playing this week, but is not even on the injury report, which is a good thing after we heard all the garbage that Schotty was saying this week and not taking accountability, but rather blaming everyone else but himself, so let’s not all act surprised.

Positive Cowboys injury news: WR George Pickens (shoulder), CB Joey Porter Jr. (ankle), LT Tyler Guyton (calf), LB DeMarvion Overshown (hamstring) and CB Cobie Durant (hamstring) are all good to go for Monday night in Philadelphia.

The NFC East is so bad that this team should have no excuse not to rattle off wins with who they have coming up, yet this is the Dallas Cowboys we are talking about, so they always find a way to mess it up and losing this game would not surprise me.

I expect this to be a close game even though on the road Dallas should win this game, but look at the product that we have seen all year.

They need to run the football and open up the playing action and other things on offense and the Eagles defensive front is probably the best thing about their team, but run right at them, make them defend it and then figure out how to use George Pickens and CeeDee Lamb.

I am no NFL coach, but if I can figure out little issues, you don’t think the guys that coach at the highest level aren’t? We are seeing this coaching staff be out coached every single week, and they had better get it fixed.
