Halftime Report: Miami holds 13-7 lead over Cowboys

Buckle Up: It May Get Wild for WR CeeDee Lamb After McLaurin's Recent Extension

The Dallas Cowboys are trailing the Miami Dolphins on the road 13-7.

The Cowboys won the toss and decided to take the ball first.

After a third down sack, the offense went for it on 4th and short, Dak Prescott connected with Jake Ferguson for the first down.

On the 15th play of the drive from the one yard line, Hunter Luepke fumbled the football and the Dolphins jumped on top of it.

Leupke just never took that football. Prescott put it right in his stomach, and he flat dropped it.

Hunter Leupke just never took that football. Prescott put it right in his stomach, and he flat dropped it. A fumble at the goal line, and the Cowboys first drive comes up completely empty.

Leupke was big on the first drive getting a couple first downs, but when he needed the big one, he came up small.

This is the type of the stuff that only happens to the Cowboys.

Defense

Miami took over at their own one yard line, and after Tua missed Tyreek Hill on a deep ball, he found Waddle on a 3rd and 8 after he beat Stephon Gilmore on a go ball down the sideline.

Jason Sanders connected on a 57 yard field goal to put the Dolphins up 3-0 late in the first quarter.

Shocker it was a career long for Sanders.

On the Cowboys second offensive drive, Dak Prescott found CeeDee Lamb over the middle for a 49-yard touchdown pitch and catch, putting the Cowboys on top 7-3.

After the offense took the lead, the defense allowed Miami to get down inside the 10-yard line, but held strong after the Phins went for it on 4th and goal from the 5.

It started to rain heavy early in the second quarter of the game making things a big tougher.

On their third drive, Miami settled for another 50 plus yard field goal cutting the lead to one.

It is time to say it, the Cowboys offensive line STINKS. They are so bad it’s not even funny, you can say whatever you want to me, but just watch with your own two eyes.

Just a strong feeling, but the offense is going to have to win this game in the second half.

The defense was solid until the last drive of the half, Miami found the end zone late to go up 13-7 into the break.

Micah Parsons got called for a roughing the call, which was a complete joke.

The Cowboys should be leading this game not losing and it is so annoying that little things happen to them that hurts them in games.
