Starting nickel cornerback Jourdan Lewis will miss the upcoming week of practice after turning his ankle on Thursday. The Cowboys open their season with the Rams on September 13th, so Jourdan Lewis still has some time to get himself ready.
Dallas' secondary may be their biggest question mark heading into the 2020 season, as they look to replace former All Pro cornerback Byron Jones. Lewis is expected to hold down that slot cornerback role as he did ti finish the 2019 season, and Dallas cannot afford to miss him when the real games begin.
