Following a road preseason game against Seattle on Saturday, August 19th, the team will return home to Texas.

The final portion of the training camp will be held at Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, Texas, with selected practices open to the public that will be announced later.

Lingering Questions

The Cowboys have a deep roster with two open spots before camp starts in a few weeks.

Not only that, the team has plenty of answers that can be answered regarding the depth of the team now.

The biggest one is who will emerge as wide receiver No. 4 for the team.

Another is regarding the running backs. With Ezekiel Elliott gone, and although he will be ready for camp, Tony Pollard is recovering from a broken fibula.

The team still has Malik Davis but signed Ronald Jones this offseason and drafted Deuce Vaughn from Kansas State in the sixth round.

Vaughn is smaller but could be a significant weapon in his offense.

You don’t produce 2,962 rushing yards, 27 rushing touchdowns, and 846 receiving yards in two seasons playing in the Big-12 being a scrub.

The kid can flat-out ball.

We say this every year, but the team has a lot on the line in 2023.

In my OWN personal opinion, this is the best team they have had since probably 2014 & 2016.

The team is loaded on both sides of the ball.

Glad we are inching toward September, because I am sick of talking about the 2023 season. I can’t wait to see this team in action.
