Looking at the all-time record of the Dallas Cowboys during their scheduled Week 9 games one might be concerned.

Coming into today’s Week 9 matchup against the Eagles, Dallas’ all-time Week 9 record of 29-31 doesn’t bode well.

But the Cowboys are 19-18 in Week 9 games played on the road. They have won their last two Week 9 road games.

Today’s game is being played in Philadelphia.

Dallas is just 10-13 at home in Week 9 games – losing one game to the 1982 strike and two others to bye weeks. They have lost their last three Week 9 home games.

Better Against The NFC East

Against non-East Division teams in the NFC Dallas is just 7-15 in Week 9 contests. Against AFC teams in the ninth week Dallas is a little better at 7-8.

But against their NFC East opponents in Week 9 the Cowboys are 15-8.

And here is where the news really gets good for Dallas going into today’s game.

Playoff Berth At Stake?
