Round 7, Pick 239

I personally had a fourth-round grade on Noah Brown, so getting him in the seventh round is a big win for the Dallas Cowboys in my book. They definitely didn’t need to draft another WR after taking Switzer earlier, but Brown is the prototypical outside receiver the Cowboys like.

Brown is big, physical, and has a large catching radius. He plays with a nastiness and looks to demolish defenders when blocking in the running game. He doesn’t have the best deep speed and needs to work on his route running, but I think he can push to earn one of the last WR spots as a rookie.

I know I’m probably higher on Noah Brown that a lot of people, but I think the Cowboys are going to fall in love with his approach to the game. I think he is going to compete for one of the final WR roster spots and I really like his upside, which is why I am giving him a Grade B+.
