As the Cowboys’ offseason has gone on, it is clear that building up the team chemistry is a focus.

Time and time again, we’ve seen the roster come together off the field.

After such a hard end for the 2023 season and a disappointing free agency, it’s an encouraging sign that this seems like such a tight-knit group.

The easiest way for a season to fall apart is for a team to lack chemistry and camaraderie.

Clearly, that won’t be a concern when it comes to the 2024 Cowboys.

Dallas players, staff, and organization members have shown up together at charity events, basketball games, and more this off-season.

In fact, if you caught the Dallas Mavericks electric Game 6 win last night, you might’ve seen some Cowboys stars.

All-Pro’s Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggs came together to watch the Mavs advance.

The defensive studs are not newcomers to Mavericks games, as both Diggs and Parsons showed up back in 2022 with Odell Beckham Jr by their side.

Embracing the local sports teams has become common for the Cowboys.

Whether it be Dak Prescott at Rangers games, Ezekiel Elliott at Stars games, or the Diggs and Parsons duo on the hardwood.

Supporting the community and each other is important for the Cowboys.

This off-season has been just another example of that, and we saw it again just two days ago.

Dak Prescott’s Charity Gala

On Friday night, star Quarterback Dak Prescott hosted the 4th annual charity gala for his Faith Fight Finish Foundation.

Prescott’s charity, which focuses on colon cancer research, mental health awareness, and more, clearly has the backing of his team.

Cowboys stars were all over the place during the gala.

Players like CeeDee Lamb, Ezekiel Elliott, Jalen Tolbert, Cooper Rush, Zack Martin, and more showed up.

The presence of so many teammates goes to show the level of respect and love the locker room has for their quarterback.

His guys showed up for him, and as a fan, you can’t help but love to see that.

It was not exclusive to players as well, as Owner and General Manager Jerry Jones appeared.

Interestingly, it was the first time Prescott’s agent and Jones were in the same place recently.

Some took this as a sign of contract extension hopes, but Prescott brushed that off.

When asked about it, he jokingly said “Different time, another night”, while laughing and winking.

Head Coach Mike McCarthy was also there for the star-studded gala, which featured a performance by musician and Cowboys fan, Post Malone.

This was the second charity event the organization has shown up for recently.

Salvation Army Event

Earlier this month, the team showed up to hit some home runs for Reliant and the Salvation Army.

The Cowboys’ long-standing relationship with the Salvation Army has been well documented, partially because of Elliott’s iconic “kettle celebration.”

At this year’s Reliant Home Run Derby, the team raised over $100,000 for charity.

Stars like Prescott, Elliott, DaRon Bland, Jake Ferguson, and more attended, and there were some new faces too.

This included one of the newest Cowboys, Linebacker Eric Kendricks.

Pro Bowl Punter Bryan Anger took home the win, but the Salvation Army and the people they support were the true winners.

Players spoke about the importance of the event, hung out, and kept on building the chemistry that is so important for winning teams.

It is underappreciated by the public, but being close as a team goes a long way.

As the Cowboys’ offseason goes on, they are putting in the work to ensure this critical aspect of the game is strong.

We will see the benefits of this chemistry once the 2024 season kicks off.
