The Dallas Cowboys are once again double-digit point favorites this week on the road against the Carolina Panthers.
If we learned anything about this team last week, it may be that they have stopped playing down to the competition and doing what they should be doing.
The Panthers will have a few extra days of rest and preparation after losing to the Chicago Bears 16-13 on Thursday.

Keep Foot on the Gas.
Dallas needs to continue to keep their foot on the gas.
Keep the 1-8 Panthers from having thought of winning this football game.
This will be the last game they can dominate before the schedule starts to heat up.
They follow this game with a Thanksgiving day game against Washington, then Seattle and the Eagles.
Earlier this week, Panthers head coach Frank Reich said he would take over the play-calling duties again.
With that, they are even practicing a silent count at home.
“I think everyone knows how well Dallas travels,” Reich said via video from David Newton of ESPN. “We have a great city that other teams’ fans like to come to. We’re prepared. We practiced silent count this week if we have to use it. So, we’re prepared either way.”
While this won’t be a home game for the Cowboys, they should still be able to bring the energy.
Rico Dowdle
Rico needs more carries; I will continue to harp on this until he is used every game as he should be.
He runs hard every single play; I’m not saying Tony Pollard doesn’t, but Pollard has struggled to get it going this year for some reason.
Despite how good the passing game has looked lately, they will need the running game to control some of these games against tougher teams.
Get him the ball 10-12 times this week and see what happens.
Stay Clean
Last week, the best thing about the win was that everyone walked away from the game healthy.
Let’s do it again this week.
Even though the Panthers are 1-8, they are playing hard for coach Reich.
The Cowboys should be able to pressure the heck out of Bryce Young so that this game won’t be as bad as last week; Dallas should have a solid day.
Cowboys fans travel, and they do it well.
It won’t be like it was against the Chargers in LA, but if the Panthers are prepping for a silent count at home in Carolina, I like the Cowboy’s changes even more.
Dallas should roll in this one; again, it won’t be as bad as the Giants game, but I guess they win 35-14.
Get others involved, get out of this game with no injuries, and be ready for the most challenging part of the schedule.
