Brian Martin's 2021 NFL Draft Interior Defensive Line Rankings

In a normal offseason we’d all be preparing to watch and learn more about some this year’s top prospects at the NFL Scouting Combine, but this is anything but a normal offseason. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic just about all in person workouts have been shut down, including the Scouting Combine. That’s not great news as it relates to the evaluation process.

Without these tools scouts and draft analysts are going to have to rely heavily on film more than they probably have at any point in recent history. As such, we might not see as much change in how these players are ranked right now and on Draft Day in April. With that in mind, I thought I’d share with you my Top 10 players at each position.

Today, we will take a look at the interior defensive lineman position.

I actually like the idea of scouts relying more on film than the underwear olympics. They still get to do interviews and such, right? I like the idea of a team willing to spend on scouts who know what they are doing, and those teams having an advantage for such.

Good article Brian. This is what the Cowboys blog needs to do instead of talking like a Dak fanboy club. I would like the USC guys due their strength to hold doubles, but double dipping on any of these guys would be excellent additions
